Things I've built, and still run.

Client websites I host and look after, and the AI systems I built and run every week. Everything here is live.

Client websites

Ace-Pak · Indianapolis · Website + product catalog

A new website, and a product catalog customers can shop from.

The catalog

Ace-Pak is a family-owned distributor of packaging, janitorial, and safety supplies, in business in Indianapolis since 1984. I built their website and, on top of it, a catalog of over 15,000 products.

Customers can search by name or item number, narrow by department or by their own industry, and send a quote request straight to the Ace-Pak team. It's been live since June 2026 — I host it and handle their changes.

“I’m a partner at Ace-Pak and can attest to the great work Luke did. We have multiple leads coming in through our website each day where previously we only got 1-3 per month.”

Gabrielle Rubenstein · Partner, Ace-Pak

“Luke was an immediate value add for Ace-Pak. We had been struggling to find a good partner that was able to work with our budget and Luke blew it out of the water. In the first month, we signed on a new client that came in through the website so his service and efforts have been almost immediately recognized. Luke has been and will continue to be a great partner for the Ace-Pak team.”

Andrew Wahl · Partner, Ace-Pak

Maximum Effort · Indianapolis · Website + local search

A site built to be found by every town and every service they cover.

maxeffortfs.com
The Maximum Effort home page: one local team for a cleaner, sharper, safer property.
maxeffortfs.com

Maximum Effort handles commercial cleaning, landscaping, and snow and salt for properties around Indianapolis. Businesses looking for that kind of help search for a specific service in a specific town, so the site is built to match those searches.

It has nearly 70 pages: one for each service, and one for each town they serve, including pages for a service in a particular town. Each page tells Google what the business does and where it works, and every page leads to a quote request that lands in their inbox. It went live in September 2026.

Under Pressure · Hamilton County · Website + local search

A one-page site that puts the phone number first.

underpressure317.com

Under Pressure is a veteran-owned pressure washing, house washing, and gutter cleaning business in Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel, and the rest of Hamilton County. Their customers are homeowners who want to call or text someone local.

So the site is one fast page: what they do, where they work, and a way to reach the owner in one tap, with a quote form for anyone who'd rather write. It went live in September 2026.

AI systems I built and run

The same kind of system I build for clients, running on my own work first.

Each one does the reading and the first draft, shows where every claim came from, and stops for a person. Nothing goes out until I've read it and said yes. To use one in your business, the engine stays the same and the setup changes: your sources, your rules for what matters, your voice, and who approves.

  • →The Briefing: drafts marketing pieces for a trade
  • →Global Digest: reports what actually changed this week
  • →Kova: prices and sends quotes for distributors

The Briefing · Publishing since August 2026 · A worked example of the Drafter

A system that writes marketing pieces for one trade, in one voice.

What it has read so far

Sources read directly
84
Headlines collected
6,000+
Stories screened
4,500+

It won't write about a story it couldn't read in full, and every quoted phrase has to appear word for word in its source.

For your business

The same engine, set up around your sources and your voice.

Point it at the news in your trade and at your own material, such as past jobs, product changes and the questions customers keep asking, and it drafts the newsletter, the LinkedIn post or the customer update nobody has time to write. You read every draft before it goes anywhere.

The Briefing is three short pieces a week for contractors and small manufacturers, each about one job AI can change in their business, including when not to bother. A system I built does the research and the first draft. I read every piece and decide whether it goes out.

Setting one up for you is the real work: choosing what it reads, writing down what is worth saying and what isn't, matching how you talk, and deciding who signs off. That is what you'd be paying for, and it's why no two are the same.

  • 01Collects. Every few hours, headlines from the trade press these owners read and from the software companies they buy from.
  • 02Screens. Keeps the stories where a job done by hand can now be done differently, and drops the rest.
  • 03Reads the original. Fetches the full article for the few that make the cut.
  • 04Drafts and checks. Writes to a standing brief, then checks every quote and figure against its source.
  • 05I approve. Nothing is published until I say so.

Global Digest · Twice a week · Closest to the Reporter

A system that reads the world's news and reports what actually changed.

What it has read so far

Sources read directly
115
Headlines collected
180,000+
Countries covered
58

Plus Google News in 50 countries, in their own languages. Every story it considered, and its score, is published with each issue.

For your business

The same engine, pointed at what your business needs to know.

Set up around your competitors, suppliers, regulators and the industries your customers work in, it sends leadership a short, sourced summary each week of what changed and why it matters, with the stories it set aside listed too.

The Digest is the hardest test I could set a research system: read newsrooms in every region, in their own languages, and pick the stories that matter most to the most people by written rules rather than by what gets clicks. The world news isn't the point. The method is, and it's the same one I'd use for an owner who needs to know what changed this week without reading all of it.

Setting one up for you means choosing what it reads and writing down what counts as important to your business. The rules are yours, and you can read them.

  • 01Collects. Every few hours, from newsrooms in every major region and Google News editions in their own languages.
  • 02Groups. Puts the same story from different outlets together and counts how many independent newsrooms reported it.
  • 03Scores. Marks each story on five written questions, starting with how many people it affects and how long it will matter.
  • 04Checks. A second AI reviews the marking, and every figure is checked against the reporting it came from and linked.
  • 05I decide. Nothing is published until I've read it and said so.

Kova · Nearly ready for its first distributor · Quoting and pricing

A digital worker that prices and sends quotes for industrial distributors.

Kova does the work of a distributor's quoting desk. It builds the catalog from vendor price sheets, finds each item's current cost, applies that customer's markup and puts a priced draft in front of a manager to approve. Repeat orders with unchanged costs go out on their own; anything stale or new goes to a person.

It's built and tested end to end, and nearly ready for its first distributor.
