Ace-Pak is a family-owned distributor of packaging, janitorial, and safety supplies, in business in Indianapolis since 1984. I built their website and, on top of it, a catalog of over 15,000 products.

Customers can search by name or item number, narrow by department or by their own industry, and send a quote request straight to the Ace-Pak team. It's been live since June 2026 — I host it and handle their changes.

You work directly with me from day one — no account managers, no juniors, no handoff you're left to manage.

Timeline mostly comes down to how fast you turn around feedback as we build. Responsive clients are live in under two weeks.

When it launches, you don't get handed a pile of code to babysit. I host it and keep it maintained — and when you want something changed, from a new page to a seasonal refresh, you send a note and I take care of it.

Common questions

What if I don't have a logo, copy, or photos yet?

That's normal, and it's fine. I'll help with structure and copy as part of the build — you tell me what you do and who you serve, I turn it into a site. Photos are the one piece you'll either supply or we source together.

Do I own it, or am I stuck with you?

You own it — the site and domain are in your name, so you're never held hostage. Most clients stay simply because it's easy: I host it and handle the changes, so you never have to think about the technical side. Ownership is your insurance, not your homework.

How fast is "under two weeks," really?

Most builds go from kickoff to live inside two weeks. The variable is you — the faster you return feedback on the staging link, the faster it ships. Bigger apps take longer, and you'll get a firm timeline before any work starts.

What happens after it launches?

I keep it running — hosting, security, staying online, all handled in-house. When you want a change, from a new page to a seasonal refresh, you email me and it's done. No dashboard to learn, no developer to hire.
