I write these with AI systems working alongside me — usually several, because they disagree with each other and that is the useful part. They research, argue with drafts, and find the places where a sentence claims more than its source can carry. I decide what is solid enough to print and take responsibility for the argument and every source beneath it. I build AI systems for a living, so an essay made this way is a more honest demonstration of the work than a sales page would be.
